Job summary

Bupa Dental Macquarie Centre is seeking a confident Dental Assistant – Receptionist to join on a casual basis. You will welcome patients, manage appointments and enquiries, support reception operations and provide chairside assistance to clinicians.

The role moves between front of house and clinical duties in a busy, growing practice with a friendly team. Prior reception and dental assisting experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous reception experience is essential, ideally within dental, healthcare or similarly fast paced environments.
• Dental assisting experience is highly regarded, with the confidence to provide chairside assistance when required.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach to patient care
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable, with a willingness to support the wider team.
• A positive, friendly approach and confidence working in a busy patient-facing environment

• Welcoming patients and managing initial enquiries.
• Managing appointments and front desk enquiries to keep the day running smoothly.
• Providing chairside assistance to clinicians when required.
