Job summary

Mulgrave Dental Group is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant who contributes to an exceptional patient experience from entry to exit. You will work closely with clinicians to support a range of procedures, prepare rooms and instruments with care, and educate patients on aftercare.

You will uphold sterilisation standards, assist with scheduling, and maintain a welcoming, reassuring presence for every patient who walks through our doors.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent) required.
• Current CPR certification and first aid training.
• A current police check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting chairside across a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed.
• Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials with precision and attention to detail.
• Providing compassionate post-operative instructions and patient education.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who sees this role as more than chairside support. You’ll be a key part of delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks in to the moment they leave.

Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent). Current first aid and CPR certification. A current police check (or willingness to obtain one).
