White Space Dental in Manly (Sydney) is seeking a proactive dental assistant to join our boutique practice. You will support the oral health team, assist with sterilization, reception duties, and light lab work, while helping maintain a welcoming, high-end patient experience.

We value initiative, a positive can-do attitude, and teamwork. Some dental assisting experience is preferred, but training is provided; applicants must have full working rights in Australia.

The Role

We’re looking for a dental assistant with a team support role to help ensure our practice operates efficiently. This is a dynamic position with a variety of responsibilities, perfect for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the practice.

As part of your role, you will:

• Assist our oral health therapist and dentists
• Support the dental assisting team by checking in with staff, helping with sterilization, and keeping workflows smooth.
• Perform reception duties, including answering calls, booking appointments, and occasionally covering reception when needed. (Training will be provided)
• Assist with lab work (e.g., making whitening trays, scanning, and 3D model printing – training provided).
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming, positive atmosphere for patients.
• Maintain compliance with practice protocols and procedures.
