Job summary

Australian Dental Foundation is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to join our Sydney-based team, with opportunities to convert to part-time or full-time within 1–3 months. The role focuses on mobile clinic work in aged care facilities and schools, partnering in a two-person team with a dentist.

The ideal candidate has passion for working with kids and the elderly, a valid Australian driver’s licence, and a NSW Working with Children check. Travel, accommodation, and meals are provided.

Qualifications

• Commitment to providing a high level of patient care.
• Interest in upscaling skills and experience base.
• Australian Driver's licence is mandatory.
• Working with Children Check NSW is required for employee status.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental treatment in mobile clinic settings together with a Dentist.
• Work in a two-person mobile clinic team.
• Travel to NSW schools and aged care facilities; all travel, food and accommodation expenses paid by the foundation.
• Assist with setting up and packing portable equipment.

The Australian DentalFoundation is an Australian registered health promotion charity which provides mobile dental services to schools, aged care sites and other facilities across the country.

We are currently seeking for Experienced Dental Assistants to join our growing Dental Teamin Sydney (with the opportunity to convert to part time or full time within 1-3months).

This role will suit an ideally qualified and experienced dental assistantwho has a passion for working with kids and the elderly.The position will primarily work within a mobile clinic setting in Aged Care and Schools.

You will work in a two person team along with a Dentist and our state of art mobile dental equipment, providing dental treatment in schools and Aged care facilities in NSW.

We have a healthy mix of regional outreach work and metro Sydney mobile clinics. You can expect to be out of town once every months. All your travel, food and accommodationexpenses will be paid by the foundation. You will have paid driving time to and from our facilities as an added benifit.
