Job summary

Aston Advantage in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a Multi Skilled Operator to join a leading industrial demolition crew on the Altona Refinery project. This is a local Melbourne role with solid hours, long-term stability, and consistent on-site work that minimizes travel.

You will operate 30T excavators, use five-finger grapples and hydraulic grabs, and support demolition activities safely and efficiently. There is potential to move into FIFO after proving yourself, with a commitment to ongoing site

Qualifications

• Demolition site experience required.
• RII tickets for excavation & trucks required.
• White Card obtained and valid.
• Police clearance required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate 30T excavators with five-finger and hydraulic grabs.
• Support industrial demolition works safely and efficiently.
