Opal HealthCare's Vermont Views Care Community in Vermont South, Victoria, Australia is seeking a Demi Chef to join our hospitality team. You will prepare nutritious meals, work with the Head Chef, and ensure dining experiences support resident wellbeing and choice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver nutritious meals, snacks and dining experiences for residents.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality and customer service.
• Support meal service delivery in line with kitchen schedules and standards.
• Work collaboratively with Head Chef and hospitality team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment.
• Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and waste minimisation.
• Follow food safety, infection control and workplace safety practices.
