Qualifications

• Strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals that meet residents' dietary needs.
• Support Head/Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Lead sections of the kitchen and develop supervisory skills.
• Contribute ideas to menus to enhance resident dining experiences.
