HammondCare is recruiting a Dementia Support Coach in Adelaide. You will work within Dementia Support Australia to support people living with dementia and carers, delivering hands-on, evidence-based dementia support and advice in diverse care settings.

This fixed term contract runs until June 2028, with flexible hybrid work and opportunities for training and career development. A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel are required.

This role sits within Dementia Support Australia (DSA), which is a national dementia support service, funded by the Australian Government, led by HammondCare. As a professional coach, you will work in diverse care settings, through the Hospital to Aged Care Dementia Support Program (HACDSP) – a service delivered by Dementia Support Australia. In this wholesome and holistic role, you can use your empathy, coaching skills and aged care experience; to deliver hands-on, evidence-based dementia support and advice to clients, carers and care staff.
