HammondCare Cardiff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time clinical role at our dementia-specific residential care home. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, relationship-based care for residents living with dementia.

Applicants should hold current AHPRA registration, have 2–3 years' aged care experience, and demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and a commitment to person-centred care.

Qualificações

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Ideally 2–3 years' experience within an Aged Care environment.
• Passion for improving quality of life for older people living with dementia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical assessments and contribute to care planning.
• Mentor and support a team of carers in a dementia-focused home.
• Support clinical decision-making and nursing oversight.
