Job summary

ARB 4x4 Accessories is seeking an Associate Demand & Supply Planner to join our Melbourne team. You’ll help plan demand, supply, inventory and production across operations while working closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales and Logistics.

You will forecast, develop production and replenishment plans, monitor performance and manage risks. This role offers development opportunities within a global off-road brand with a strong emphasis on data-driven planning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis to forecast and plan.

Responsibilities

• Support demand, supply and production planning to align customer requirements with inventory and capacity.
• Prepare and maintain forecasts, production plans and supply/replenishment plans.
• Monitor demand, inventory and supply performance and identify risks or shortages.
• Manage intercompany and export orders, ensuring alignment with production and shipping schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning data, reports and system information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve planning issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and inventory availability.
