Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner in Sydney to shape how we deliver innovative medical products across Australia and New Zealand. You will forecast demand using market trends, lead supply and backorder management, and optimize inventory to meet business goals with cross-functional teams.

You will drive the S&OP process and present monthly KPIs, collaborating with global supply chain colleagues to maintain seamless operations and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of planning experience.
• Experience in medical devices preferred.
• SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and planning processes.
• Manage supply and backorder risk with global team.
• Monitor inventory and obsolescence.
• Lead S&OP meetings with cross-functional teams.
