Job summary

Pirtek is seeking a Demand Planner/Analyst to drive stock optimisation and efficient fulfilment. You will manage inventory levels, generate monthly reports, and collaborate with suppliers to meet project demands.

Based in Kings Park, you will use Excel and planning software to analyse trends, forecast needs, and minimise stockouts while supporting growth of a well-established Australian services business. This role offers a competitive salary, on-site gym, parking, and good development

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and database design
• Experience with Advanced Planning Software
• A tertiary qualification in Business or Supply Chain is preferred

Responsibilities

• Monthly Stock Purchase Order creation
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels, trending patterns, and inbound shipments to maintain optimal stock levels
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure purchase order-fill rate is achieved
• Resolving projected stock outs and expediting orders to minimise back orders
• Ensure sufficient inventory levels for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Prepare and present monthly reports on key metrics

The Role

The Demand Planner/ Analyst will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimising order fulfilment, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. This role combines analytical skills with practical inventory management to support business objectives and maintain optimal stock levels:

• Monthly Stock Purchase Order creation

You

To be considered for this position you will ideally possess:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, including experience and knowledge in Demand and Supply Planning
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Database design
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Experience with Advanced Planning Software
• A tertiary qualification in Business or Supply Chain (preferred)
