Job summary

Bega Group in Docklands, Melbourne, is seeking a Demand Planner to align supply with customer demand and drive growth through accurate forecasts. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure products are where they need to be, powered by data-driven insights.

This hybrid role offers in-office days Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with Work from Home on Wednesday and Friday, supporting a dynamic FMCG environment and continuous improvement across brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning or related planning areas is advantageous.
• Transferable skills in planning, organizing and prioritising tasks.
• Collaborative communicator able to influence stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using data, trends and insights.
• Lead demand review meetings and contribute to weekly S&OE processes.
• Analyse demand drivers and collaborate on actions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Report forecast outcomes to stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain demand planning systems and address potential issues proactively.
