Job summary

Bega Group in Melbourne is seeking a Public Relations Manager to shape stories behind trusted food and beverage brands. You'll join the PR & Social Media team to transform strategy into standout campaigns that protect trust and support commercial priorities.

Lead end-to-end PR activity, build strong relationships with journalists and influencers, and leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PR or communications, ideally within FMCG, consumer brands or fast-paced environments.
• Strong media relations, storytelling and content development skills.
• Experience delivering earned media, influencer and integrated campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications counsel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver earned media and influencer campaigns that support Bega Group’s brands, reputation and commercial priorities.
• Lead end-to-end PR activity, from planning and content development through to delivery, measurement and optimisation.
• Build and manage strong relationships with journalists, influencers, agency partners and internal stakeholders.
• Provide trusted PR advice and manage media engagement, identifying opportunities while supporting issues and reputation management.
• Use insights, measurement and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to continuously improve campaign performance and ways of working.
