Qualifications

• Previous freight handling or logistics experience.
• Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a Right to Work check.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Safety-oriented with attention to detail.
• Professional, customer-focused at client sites.
• Able to pass a National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with scheduled and on-demand deliveries in Melbourne.
• Support navigation, site access and delivery sequencing.
• Confirm delivery details and obtain proof of delivery.
• Load, secure and unload freight according to procedures.
• Maintain vehicle load area presentation.
• Apply load restraint correctly.
• Handle high-value, sensitive freight with care.
• Maintain chain of custody throughout deliveries.
• Represent brand professionally in high-security environments.
• Escalate delivery exceptions or delays as needed.
