Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join the depot team in a fast-paced, international logistics environment. You will coordinate missed or delayed deliveries, liaise with customers for suitable delivery times, and resolve delivery issues to keep operations on schedule.

You will work closely with drivers, depot teams and internal departments to ensure accurate records, professional service, and smooth daily operations.

Formación

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Confidence dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or customer service is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and reschedule missed or delayed deliveries.
• Liaise with customers to arrange suitable delivery times.
• Investigate delivery issues and find practical solutions.
• Work closely with drivers, depot teams and internal departments.
