Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a motivated, customer-focused logistics professional to join the depot team in Parramatta. In this ongoing temp role, you will help ensure deliveries stay on track and customers receive the service they expect.

You'll coordinate missed and delayed deliveries, liaise with customers to arrange suitable delivery times, and work closely with drivers and depot staff to resolve issues, keeping records up to date and the operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Confidence dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or customer service is advantageous.
