KFC South Pacific (Yum! Brands Subsidiary) is seeking a Procurement Category Manager – Delivery to own a dynamic delivery category across Australia. You will manage strategic partnerships, use commercial insight and data, and drive value for KFC and its Franchisees.

Qualifications

• Experience across category management, procurement, strategic sourcing, commercial management or strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation capability, including managing significant contracts and supplier or partner relationships.
• Experience developing category strategies and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and action.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex internal and external relationships.
• A collaborative, curious and adaptable approach suited to a fast-moving category.
• Experience in delivery, digital platforms, eCommerce, marketplaces, QSR or multi-site retail would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the category – develop and deliver the commercial and category strategy for delivery partnerships.
• Lead the commercial conversation – manage contract negotiations, renewals and commercial arrangements.
• Build partnerships that perform – strengthen partner relationships and drive accountability against KPIs.
• Turn data into action – use performance insights to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
• Test, learn and optimise – lead pricing, menu, delivery coverage and partner capabilities initiatives.
• Connect the dots – collaborate across Operations, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Finance and Franchisees.
