Job summary

Talent Corp currently seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives supporting Australia’s national digital health infrastructure. The role focuses on secure, connected health services and reliable information sharing across Australia.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery across enterprise applications, cloud platforms and national infrastructure, coordinating internal teams, partners and vendors to meet priorities and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive ICT project delivery experience in large enterprises.
• Strong cloud, enterprise apps and database knowledge.
• Experience leading delivery from design to operation transition.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and multiple vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, ITSM, SIAM, COBIT or PRINCE2.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Tertiary IT/Engineering qualification; healthcare tech exp is a plus.

Your Duties Will Include

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, systems integration and national infrastructure environments.
• Oversee solution design, development, testing, implementation and transition into operational support.
• Coordinate internal technology teams, external delivery partners and vendors to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies and delivery challenges across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and governance, ensuring solutions meet architecture, security, operational and compliance requirements.
• Drive improvements in DevOps practices, technical delivery standards and organisational systems integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, product, operations and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term operational readiness.

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

• Extensive experience delivering complex ICT solutions within large-scale enterprise environments, including significant technical delivery leadership experience.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise applications, large database environments and complex systems integration.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery across solution design, development, testing, implementation and operational transition.
• Proven ability to manage technical risks, competing priorities, delivery dependencies and multiple vendors across complex technology programs.
• Sound knowledge of technology delivery and service management frameworks, including Agile, SDLC, ITSM, SIAM, COBIT or PRINCE2.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in healthcare technology, API integration or digital health environments will be highly regarded.
