Qualifications

• Experience delivering transmission, energy, or high-voltage construction projects.
• Strong commercial and budgeting capability.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects safely and on schedule.
• PMP, AIPM or similar project management credentials are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Take full delivery ownership of two concurrent transmission line construction projects.
• Lead assembly, erection and stringing of transmission towers and gantry structures while keeping crews safe and on program.
• Own the commercial side—budgets, forecasting, variance reporting and cost control on multi-million contracts.
• Build relationships with clients, network owners, consultants and subcontractors, and represent Catalpa at the table.
• Mentor project engineers and site teams, growing capability as the business scales.
