Job summary

Lactalis-Mainland Dairy seeks a senior finance professional to join the Mainland Centre of Expertise as Head of Financial Accounting, supporting the shared services partnership with Accenture. You will help ensure governance and performance are delivered, coordinating with offshore teams and internal stakeholders.

The role requires experience in shared services, governance, and vendor management, with strong analytics and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in shared services, outsourced services or BPO.
• Experience managing or supporting offshore provider relationships.
• Experience with Accenture is highly regarded.
• Experience supporting service performance, governance, or vendor management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of finance operations or BPO models desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on service delivery performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Support governance forums and performance review meetings with Accenture and key business stakeholders
• Track service issues, performance trends and improvement opportunities
• Assist with the preparation of performance reports, presentations and business updates
• Support management of contract obligations, commercial reconciliations and billing activities
• Maintain governance documentation and ensure accurate reporting records
• Coordinate and follow up actions arising from governance meetings and service reviews
• Work closely with Accenture and internal teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in evaluating change requests and service enhancements
• Build effective working relationships across the shared services network
