Job summary

Lactalis-Mainland Dairy, based in Australia, seeks a Finance & Shared Services Analyst to support governance of the Accenture partnership from our Richmond office. You will monitor KPIs, assist governance forums, and prepare performance reports to drive service excellence and efficiency.

The role requires experience in shared services or BPO, strong analytical skills, and stakeholder management, with a Finance/Commerce/Business degree preferred. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Commerce or Business or related discipline.
• Experience in shared services, outsourcing or BPO environments.
• Exposure to offshore service provider relationships and governance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service delivery performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Support governance forums and performance review meetings with Accenture and key stakeholders.
• Track service issues, performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in preparing performance reports, presentations and business updates.
• Support management of contract obligations, commercial reconciliations and billing activities.
• Maintain governance documentation and ensure reporting records are accurate.
• Coordinate follow-up actions from governance meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with Accenture and internal teams to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in evaluating change requests and service enhancements.
• Build effective relationships across the shared services network.
