Ausgrid in Haymarket, Sydney invites an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead a high-impact energy infrastructure rollout. You will build the delivery capability, establish governance, and scale an ambitious Community Power Networks program across multiple sites while ensuring safety and quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading contractor-delivered infrastructure programs.
• Proven success delivering high-volume, geographically dispersed programs.
• Strong safety culture leadership with WHS risk management.
• Commercial acumen and contractor management capability.
• Experience building scalable delivery operating models.
• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Current Class C Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the design and construct function for Ausgrid's Community Power Networks program.
• Develop and implement a scalable delivery model to support the rollout of hundreds of community energy sites.
• Establish and manage strategic contractor and delivery partner relationships across design and construction delivery.
• Lead the safe delivery of works across public streetscapes, road corridors and operational utility environments.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of community energy sites, overseeing validation, design, approvals, construction and commissioning while driving standardisation, constructability and continuous improvement to support efficient, scalable program delivery.
• Monitor and manage program performance, with respect to units delivered, cost and WHS metrics.
• Resolve complex construction, stakeholder and operational issues that may impact delivery outcomes.
• Establish and manage the contract interfaces required to deliver the program works.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
