ANC Delivers is seeking a Delivery Experience Lead / Transport Supervisor to oversee a Brisbane-area fleet in Wacol, QLD. You will manage onboarding, retention, performance, and safety to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will lead a team of Delivery Professionals, collaborating with internal teams and partners to provide resources, training, and tools to meet client goals, while driving continuous improvement and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational role within transport or delivery sectors.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and build relationships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Experience in performance management, budget tracking and process improvements.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements in transport.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and freight management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and retention of Delivery Professionals (DPs).
• Drive performance through reviews and targeted improvement actions.
• Ensure safety compliance and policy adherence across operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tools and resources for DP success.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous fleet process improvements.
