Qualifications

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands‑on, reliable and motivated Warehouse All‑Rounder to support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the business. In this diverse and active role, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites across Sydney, while also maintaining the efficiency and organisation of the warehouse.

This role requires availability Monday to Saturday 6.30am – 4.30pm (Sundays if urgent).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning materials, equipment/machinery to various construction sites across Sydney in a timely, safe and professional manner, using a company van and trailer
• Load and unload deliveries at both warehouse and site locations
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors and others to coordinate workflow and assist with planning daily delivery schedules
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment safety and functionality checks and complete documentation
• Report and address any operational or warehouse related issues and provide updates as necessary
• Ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained and coordinate any repairs
• At times, operate cleaning equipment (e.g. pressure washer, walk‑behind scrubber, carpet cleaner) on‑site when required
• Receive and verify warehouse deliveries from suppliers against orders
• Safely store chemicals and equipment in line with WHS standards
• Maintain accurate delivery, stock and equipment logs
• Monitor, track and report equipment movement across all sites
• Keep all company vehicles stocked, clean and in good working order
• Manage all inventory, including stocktake, cycle counts and restocking
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse (inside and out)
• Communicate regularly with site cleaners and project teams to ensure smooth operations
• Obtain client sign‑offs and report any defects or issues to supervisors
• Participate in safety meetings, training sessions and actively promote a culture of safety
• Carry out general housekeeping and ad‑hoc tasks as required

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse or operations role
• Confident in driving a van and reversing a trailer
• Confident using smartphones, navigation systems and computer applications
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Good geographical knowledge of Sydney metro and surrounding areas
• Physically fit and capable of lifting moderately heavy items
• Understanding of safety standards
• Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality outcomes
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently
• Professional, friendly and well‑presented
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Available for early starts and weekend work - Monday to Saturday 6.30am - 4.30pm (Sundays if urgent)
