Job summary

The Fresh Collective is seeking a reliable Driver to join our Logistics Team in Sydney. You will support event logistics, loading and delivering items, and coordinating bump-ins/bump-outs for high-profile events across the city.

Ideal candidates have a full manual driver’s license (Australia) and prior courier or driving experience, with a strong knowledge of Sydney CBD and loading docks. Training is provided and shifts are rotating, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Full manual driver’s license valid in Australia.
• Previous courier or driver experience considered.
• Hard-working, reliable with a customer-first mindset.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pack and load glassware, containers, linen, food and equipment.
• Drive a courier van and 3T Pantech Truck to Sydney locations for event deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate with logistics on bump-ins and bump-outs for large events.
• Ensure on-time delivery and correct return of items.

• 30 hours per weekwith flexible shifts, including rotating shifts across7 days(Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sundays as needed).
• Hourly pay, level 2 or 3.
• Overtime payfor additional hours worked.
• Opportunities to work onlarge, exciting eventswith a variety of setups and logistics requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and loadglassware, containers, linen, food, and kitchen equipment with care.
• Drivea courier van and 3T Pantech Truck to various locations across Sydney for event deliveries and pickups.
• Work closely with the logistics team onbump-insandbump-outsfor large events.
• Ensure that all items aredelivered safelyand on time, and returned to the correct locations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Afull manual driver's license, valid in Australia.
• Previous courier or driver experience, with a strong understanding of Sydney's CBD and surrounding areas, including the location of loading docks.
• Ahard-working, reliableattitude with a focus onteamworkand acustomer-first mindset.
• Availability to workMonday to Saturday, with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on rotating shifts across the week.
