Job summary

Programmed is seeking an MR Delivery Driver / Warehouse All-Rounder in Sydney to deliver to stores and businesses across the metro area. The role combines driving with warehouse duties, offering variety and ongoing work with an immediate start.

Ideal candidates will hold a current MR Driver's Licence and forklift licence, with previous delivery or warehouse experience advantageous. You will work 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, applying safety and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.

• Willing to switch between driving and warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to stores and businesses across Sydney.
• Predominantly complete Sydney metro delivery routes.
• Load, secure and unload goods safely.
• Perform picking, packing and order preparation as needed.
• Assist with stock movement and general warehouse duties.
• Operate a forklift during loading/unloading when required.

Are you a confident MR driver who enjoys being out on the road but also likes keeping busy and getting hands-on?

We're looking for a reliable MR Delivery Driver / Warehouse All-Rounder to join an established Australian business that supplies products to stores and businesses across Sydney.

This is a hands-on role where no two parts of the day are exactly the same - you'll spend your time delivering to customers across the metro area and, when you're not on the road, jumping in to support the warehouse team.

7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Day Shift
Immediate Start

• Deliver products to stores and businesses across Sydney
• Predominantly complete Sydney metro delivery routes
• Safely load, secure and unload goods
• Complete multiple deliveries efficiently and professionally
• Operate a forklift for loading, unloading and warehouse activities
• Assist with picking, packing and preparing orders when required
• Help with stock movement and general warehouse duties
• Jump in and assist with tasks on the warehouse floor between delivery runs
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organised and safe
• Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Current MR Driver's Licence - ESSENTIAL
• Current Forklift Licence - ESSENTIAL
• Confident and experienced MR driver
• Comfortable driving throughout Sydney and navigating metro routes
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience is highly regarded
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Happy to switch between driving and warehouse duties throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
