Hagen's Organic Butcher in Melbourne's Richmond warehouse is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver & Warehouse All-Rounder. You will split time between delivering fresh products to stores and wholesale customers and fulfilling warehouse order picking, packing and preparation.

The role suits active individuals who take pride in a job well done, are punctual, and willing to pitch in across tasks. Previous food/meat delivery or warehouse experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Holds a full Victorian Driver's Licence.
• Experience driving a large vehicle in urban areas.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg regularly.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday across November to January.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and deliver goods to Hagen's stores and wholesale customers.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure proper handling.
• Load and unload stock up to 20 kg.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and keep workspace clean.
• Check orders and stock for accuracy.
• Manage delivery schedules and routes for on-time arrivals.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Follow food safety, WHS and road safety requirements.
• Support broader warehouse team as needed.

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Delivery Driver & Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team at our Richmond warehouse.

This is a varied role where you'll spend part of your day delivering fresh products to our stores and wholesale customers, and part of your day working in the warehouse picking, packing and preparing orders.

Key requirements

• Available to work across Monday to Saturday throughout November, December and January
• Hold a full Victorian Driver's Licence
• Experience driving a large vehicle in urban areas
• Comfortable regularly lifting and moving loads of up to 20kg
• Strong time management and ability to work to delivery schedules
• Reliable, punctual and willing to get stuck in

About the role

Working from our Richmond warehouse, your responsibilities will include:

• Safely loading and delivering goods to Hagen's stores and wholesale customers
• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring products are handled correctly
• Loading and unloading stock, including loads of up to 20kg
• Assisting with general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
• Checking orders and stock for accuracy
• Managing delivery schedules and routes to ensure orders arrive on time
• Providing friendly and professional service to customers
• Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle
• Following food safety, workplace health and safety and road safety requirements
• Supporting the broader warehouse team with other tasks as required
