Job summary

TerryWhite Chemmart is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Delivery Driver to safely deliver medications and health products to our local community. This role supports in-store housekeeping and merchandising, ensuring customer service at every drop-off.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license and a safe, reliable car, with strong communication and a customer-focused attitude. Pharmacy experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided.

The Role

The Pharmacy Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of medications and pharmaceutical products to patients and healthcare facilities, as well as supporting general in-store housekeeping. This role is crucial in maintaining the pharmacy’s commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care by providing reliable and efficient delivery services. The driver will also uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring that all deliveries comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

This is a part-time opportunity, offering 10 hours per week: Monday and Thursday, 9:30am–2:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Support your local community by safely delivering medications and essential health products to customers, including those who are elderly, unwell, or have limited mobility.
• Provide friendly and professional service at every drop‑off, representing the pharmacy with care and respect.
• Manage your delivery schedule efficiently, ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Store Support & Housekeeping- Assist with general in-store housekeeping and back-of-house areas to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment, including tasks such as vacuuming, wiping benches, taking out rubbish, and tidying or sorting stock and boxes.
• Merchandising- Assist with basic merchandising and presentation tasks including replenishing front-of-shop and ensuring displays are neat and aligned with store planograms.

What You’ll Need:

• A valid driver’s licence and a safe, reliable car.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive health‑related deliveries
• Previous Pharmacy experience is ideal but not essential
