Job summary

Reece Group in Ballarat is seeking a Delivery Driver for the HVAC division to support builders and tradespeople by delivering parts and products and providing friendly service.

This role suits someone with delivery experience, a current MR license, a willingness to learn new systems, and availability for weekend shifts, with a path to develop within our network.

Qualifications

• Has experience in delivery driving or retail and enjoys helping customers in person and over the phone.
• Ideally holds a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence and is comfortable with learning new systems.

About the role

As part of the HVAC team in Ballarat, you’ll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Ideally holds a Medium Rigid (MR) Licence
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Is tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
