Job summary

Reece Group in Ipswich is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our HVAC branch. You’ll help builders and tradespeople access the products they need and deliver friendly, practical service in person and over the phone.

On a typical day you will deliver to customers using an MR vehicle, pick/pack and manage stock, assist with quotes, and keep the branch tidy and safe while providing accurate product information.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in delivery driving or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Holds a valid Medium Rigid (MR) licence
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech‑savvy and is happy to learn new systems
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office

About the role

As part of the HVAC team in Carole Park, you’ll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Providing customer service and information about products
