Reece Group in Campbelltown, Australia, is seeking a flexible team member for a busy Trade Counter. You will split time between delivering products and assisting plumbers and tradespeople with product information, quotes, and stock control.

As part of the Trade Counter team in Campbelltown, you'll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in‑person and over the phone.
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Continue upskilling with tailored on‑the‑job training initiatives.

We'd love to hear from you:

• We're looking for people with career potential and a growth mindset.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, and enjoys helping people both in person and over the phone.
• Accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Holds a clean, valid driver's licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our broader network or head office!
