Job summary

Reece Group, a leading plumbing and bathroom supplier in Australia, is seeking a team member for the Trade Counter in Wetherill Park. You will split time between delivering products and assisting customers, while carrying out warehouse tasks to keep the branch running smoothly.

Typical duties include delivering parts via company vehicle, picking/packing, stock control, and maintaining a tidy, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service.
• Able to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence; forklift licence ideal but not essential.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Wetherill Park, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

A typical day involves:

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
