Job summary

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive in Southport is seeking a Delivery Coordinator for the Omoda Jaecoo team. You will be the link between sales, customers and the dealership, ensuring every handover is smooth and professionally executed.

You will coordinate delivery prep, liaise on details, manage registration and pre-delivery inspections, track stock, and build strong relationships with customers at handover. A current Queensland driver licence is required.

• Clear, confident communicator with stakeholders.
• Familiar with dealership management systems or quick to learn new software.

• Coordinating the preparation and scheduling of new vehicle deliveries so customers receive their car on time and in perfect condition.
• Liaising with the sales team to confirm delivery details, documentation, and any special customer requests.
• Managing vehicle registration, compliance, and pre-delivery inspection processes with accuracy.
• Tracking stock movements and keeping internal systems updated so the whole team has visibility.
• Building genuine relationships with customers at the point of handover, leaving a lasting positive impression of the brand.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks that keep the new vehicles department running efficiently.
