Job summary

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive on the Gold Coast seeks an enthusiastic automotive salesperson to join the Jaecoo team. This full-time, permanent role guides customers from enquiry to handover, presents vehicles, and coordinates with finance to deliver smooth purchases.

You will build lasting relationships, manage a sales pipeline, run test drives, and contribute to a high-performing team culture while meeting targets with pride.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail/customer service sales recommended.
• Current Queensland driver's licence essential for test drives and demonstrations.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

About the role:

This is a full-time, permanent position where your ability to build real relationships directly shapes the experience customers have at one of Queensland's most recognised automotive groups.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Guiding customers through the full vehicle purchase journey, from first enquiry to handover, so every interaction leaves a lasting impression
• Managing a pipeline of new and follow-up enquiries, giving you genuine ownership over your results and earning potential
• Presenting and demonstrating new vehicles in a way that matches each customer's needs, building confidence and trust at every step
• Working closely with the finance and management team to deliver complete, seamless purchase experiences
• Maintaining accurate records and following up with customers post-sale to grow your personal client base over time

About you:

You bring a genuine interest in people and a track record of achieving results in a customer-facing environment.

A little more about you:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong background in retail or customer service sales gives you a head start
• A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Negotiation comes naturally to you, and you understand how to listen before you lead
