Job summary

Whizdom Recruitment has an opening for an Engineering Project Manager to lead the Integrated Sensor Architecture National Office (ISANO) initiative. You will drive project planning, governance and delivery across engineering disciplines, coordinating with Defence and industry stakeholders to ensure objectives, schedules, risks and technical outcomes are met.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex engineering or technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in Defence, government or highly regulated environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on schedule.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and technical activities.
• Knowledge of systems integration, verification and validation or capability delivery environments is highly regarded.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science or related discipline.
• Relevant project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CPPM, CPPP or equivalent.
• Significant experience in Engineering or Project Management roles.
• Current NV1 Security Clearance

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and delivery frameworks.
• Coordinate engineering, integration and assurance activities.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and reporting requirements.
• Support technical governance and project milestone activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across Defence and industry.
