Job summary
SPA Australia is seeking a motivated Defence workforce analyst to support planning, modelling and organisational design for Defence programs in Canberra. You will work with Defence, government and industry partners to deliver evidence-based recommendations and high-quality reports.
The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in workforce analysis and stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in a multinational project environment on-site in Canberra.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent and Defence related experience.
- Experience analysing workforce and training requirements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning, modelling and organisational design activities.
- Analyse training systems, workforce requirements and readiness.
- Collect and interpret data to support recommendations.
- Develop reports and executive briefings for senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across Defence, government and industry.
- Contribute to design and implementation of workforce and training solutions.
- Support project planning, risk management and delivery in a complex environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multinational teams.
