Mott MacDonald Group in Adelaide is seeking a talented Systems Engineer focusing on Safety Assurance to support a growing team. You will perform cross-project integration, develop readiness strategies, and contribute to operational testing across defence and transport initiatives.

The role emphasizes vibration of complex systems, robust testing, and the delivery of end-to-end integration plans with a strong emphasis on RAMS and safety assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience managing large, complex projects and delivering to plan.
• Experience integrating complex systems from subsystems to end-to-end solutions.
• Experience with project testing, commissioning strategies, and defining resources and schedules.
• Familiarity with RAMS, safety assurance, V&V and their roles in integration.

Responsibilities

• Perform Systems Integration duties across a range of Defence and Transport projects.
• Develop plans, programs of work, and operational testing activities.
• Create operational readiness and rehearsal plans, processes, and roadmaps for systems integration.
• Work on technical requirements, conditions, and task definitions from operating and maintenance concepts.
• Develop test plans, test cases, procedures, and resources for various test campaigns.
