Job summary

Saab Australia is inviting Expressions of Interest for a Systems Engineer to join our Mawson Lakes team in South Australia. The role focuses on developing and sustaining leading-edge defence capabilities while building your systems engineering skills.

The position offers involvement in requirements management, architecture design, system integration and verification, with opportunities to work alongside experienced engineers on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Up to 4 years of engineering experience expected for this role.
• Practitioner’s level in systems engineering disciplines such as requirements management, architecture, integration and verification/validation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse system requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop requirements documentation and traceability matrices.
• Create system architecture and design specifications.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure requirements are met.
• Aid in the integration of hardware and software components into the system.
• Work alongside senior engineers to implement system solutions and configurations.
