Job summary

ASC, Australia’s submarine company, is seeking a Security Advisor – Supply Chain to drive security compliance across a complex supplier network. Based in Adelaide, the role focuses on protecting critical defence partnerships and ensuring robust risk management within the supply chain.

You will implement security frameworks, conduct supplier assessments, and provide trusted guidance to internal and external stakeholders while navigating national security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in security, risk, compliance or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain contracts and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with Defence security frameworks and related protocols.
• Proven ability to assess and manage third-party security and supplier risks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage supply chain security frameworks across suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with ASC Defence security requirements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate third-party security risks in the supply chain.
• Conduct security assurance activities and supplier audits.
