Job summary

ASC is Australia’s submarine company delivering Defence security governance and protective security across WA operations. This role focuses on policy, records management, and compliance, not a security guard position.

You will support security briefs, risk assessments, and classified matter handling in a regulated Defence environment. Ideal candidates will have strong administration and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with sensitive information while engaging

Qualifications

• Experience in protective security and governance in a regulated environment.
• Exposure to security records, risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Familiarity with government administration and DSPF/PSPF is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day security support requests and provide clear, accurate advice.
• Maintain and update security records, registers, and access control systems.
• Assist with event planning and the development of site security plans.
• Prepare and deliver security briefs to staff, including threat and risk updates.
• Complete and maintain Security Risk Assessments in line with policy requirements.
• Support classified matter movement plans and document handling.
• Conduct basic investigations and prepare incident and security reports.
