Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support subcontract administration and coordination across the AIR6500 program. The role involves working with the Subcontract Program Manager, contract administration, purchasing teams, and suppliers to ensure timely documentation and reporting.

Ideal candidates have experience in defence or project-based environments, strong organisational skills, and proficient communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in defence, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project-based environments is advantageous.
• Experience in subcontract administration, procurement, contracts, or similar commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
• Assist with the preparation of bid packages and coordination of bidder activities.
• Support the review and evaluation of supplier proposals.
• Assist with subcontract negotiations, awards, and ongoing administration.
• Coordinate subcontract additions, deletions, and modifications.
• Support the management and coordination of services provided by primary subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers.
• Assist with monthly internal and external subcontractor performance reporting.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the AIR6500 Subcontract Program Manager.
• Work with contract administration and purchasing teams to support subcontract policies, procedures, and processes.
• Maintain accurate subcontract documentation, records, and reporting.
