Lockheed Martin Australia seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to head a multidisciplinary IPT delivering AIR6500 capabilities for Australia’s defence programs.
You will define priorities, lead technical directions across the lifecycle, and manage requirements, risks and stakeholder engagement with product owners and SEIT teams.

Join the AIR6500 program and lead a high-performing Integrated Product Team delivering capability on one of Australia's most complex and strategically significant Defence programs. As a Technical Delivery Lead / IPT Lead, you will be responsible for the technical leadership, planning and execution of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring successful delivery of engineering outcomes across the product lifecycle.
Working closely with Product Owners, Systems Engineering, Integration & Test teams and key stakeholders, you will drive technical direction, manage priorities, and foster collaboration to deliver mission-critical Defence capability. This is an opportunity to combine strong leadership skills with deep technical engagement while contributing to Australia's future integrated air and missile defence capability.
AIR6500 is the RAAF's $3 billion program to develop a joint air battle management system that builds on the capabilities offered by Next Generation sensor and command and control systems. AIR6500 will create a fully networked 'system of systems' that synchronises air and missile defence operations in joint and coalition environments, maximising situational awareness and enhancing the speed of decision making across the battlespace.
