Talent Partner Australia is seeking a highly organized Security & Compliance Officer to support Defence DISP obligations and broader compliance across a growing project portfolio in Australia. The role involves hands-on administration, clearance sponsorships, dashboards, and documentation across Defence, government, infrastructure and commercial projects.

You will report to the Safety & Compliance Manager and collaborate with HR and project teams.

Formación

• Australian citizenship required.
• Current NV1 security clearance or Baseline with NV1 eligibility.
• Experience in security administration, compliance, governance, and records management.
• Strong administration, document control and register management skills.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Good written communication and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and digital records systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate DISP administration and governance registers.
• Administer personnel security clearances and case management via AGSVA and relevant portals.
• Maintain clearance, DSAP, security access and training registers.
• Coordinate security notifications and changes of circumstances.
• Prepare routine security reports and supporting information for annual reports.
• Assist with internal reviews, audits and corrective action documentation.
• Record security incidents and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate security inductions, training and project briefings.
• Assist HR/project teams with security onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain IM System compliance registers and document control.
