Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking a Defence Recruitment Consultant to lead 360-degree sales-focused recruitment for permanent and contract placements in the defence sector, covering engineering, project management, logistics, and ICT. You will hunt new business, leverage Randstad capabilities, and nurture Defence client relationships.

Hybrid work is available with work-from-home flexibility; there is an Overseas Work Away Program; and extensive training, leave, and benefits including a salary plus

Qualifications

• Experience in permanent recruitment with a strong interest in technical roles such as engineering and project management.
• Prior experience recruiting for defence roles or intimate knowledge of the defence sector and associated job titles.
• A strong, confident, and competent sales personality capable of both account management and active client acquisition.
• Account Managers with defence experience willing to take on a strong sales component, or Veterans (Army, Navy, Air Force) looking to transition into recruitment with a proactive, sales-oriented personality.
