Eptec Defence is seeking a Project Manager to lead Defence and maritime sustainment projects from Garden Island, NSW. You will drive safety, quality, schedule and commercial outcomes while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and Defence stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, plus strong leadership, budgeting and contract management skills. A structured QA/QC approach and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing Defence, marine, asset remediation or related projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or management field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Commercial acumen with budgets, forecasting and contract administration.
• Knowledge of protective coatings and industrial maintenance a plus.
• QA/QC familiarity and ITP/Project reporting experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to close-out.
• Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting and financial performance.
• Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain schedules, resources and risk/issue management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.
• Prepare project documentation and progress reports.
