Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an Admin & Customer Service Officer to support Defence Theatre Logistics at Robertson Barracks, Holtze, NT. You will handle data entry, document control, reporting support, procurement and frontline customer service to keep warehouse operations efficient.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll ensure query management, KPI alignment and contract compliance across admin and customer-facing functions in a Defence environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative, customer service, document control or logistics support.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or Defence environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP; able to work with ERP/WMS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Experience managing and developing document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service support to operational teams.
• Payroll processing and HR support functions.
• Maintain records, forms, registers and databases per contract/audit requirements.
• Provide customer service support, shared mailbox monitoring and inquiry response.
• Generate standard reports and assist in formal documentation (minutes, packs, KPI inputs).
• Follow procedures for document control, data entry and query management.
