Toll Group is seeking an Administration & Customer Service Officer to support Defence Theatre Logistics. Based at Robertson Barracks, Holtze NT, the role focuses on data entry, document control, reporting, procurement and frontline customer service to help ensure efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

The role requires a background in administration and customer service, with experience in logistics or Defence-related environments preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in administrative, customer service, document controller or logistics support roles.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or defence-related environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint), SAP, expense management and ERP/WMS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organised with ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service support to operational teams.
• Weekly payroll processing and other HR support functions.
• Maintain accurate records, forms, registers and databases in line with contract and audit requirements.
• Provide customer service support, shared mailbox monitoring and inquiry response.
• Generate standard reports and assist in preparation of formal documentation (meeting packs, minutes, KPI reporting inputs).
• Follow procedures for document control, data entry and query management, escalating where necessary.
