Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Extensive experience in eLearning development, digital learning design, and content creation.
• Strong project management: plan, prioritise, schedule, and manage multiple projects.
• Translate learning requirements into scripts, storyboards and engaging eLearning experiences.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning content to support Enterprise-wide learning.
• Lead projects from analysis through design, development, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SCORM standards and accessibility requirements.
