Nova Systems is seeking an ILS Manager to support key Maritime Strategic Communications projects within MSCSPO IWP, delivering and sustaining Defence capability for Australia. You will coordinate ILS artefacts, engage with Defence stakeholders, and guide policies to ensure successful IOC/FOC outcomes.

You will build strong relationships with CASG, ADF and in‑service contractors, lead teams through complex environments and maintain NV2 security readiness during project progression.

Formación

• Industry recognised ILS qualification or certification.
• Experience with Defence acquisition ILS policy, processes and procedures.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders within CASG, ADF and in‑service contractors.
• Experience with Defence ILS Asset Management lifecycle.
• Experience in achieving FIC assurance statements for IOC/FOC.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ILS activities across capability lifecycle from strategy to in‑service support.
• Liaise with Defence and non‑Defence stakeholders to progress project milestones.
• Develop and review ILS artefacts supporting project progress.
• Perform CDRL item reviews and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Provide guidance on ILS policies and legislation to Defence stakeholders.
• Identify and address risks, issues and opportunities within a complex stakeholder environment.
